Epilepsy Awareness Day

Purple day

On Friday we had a purple day at school. All the children wore purple supporting "The International Epilepsy Day."

              

Number Smart

 Micheal enjoys maths. He can count backwards and solve addition problems by counting on.

Term 1 Highlights

 It has been a crazy and hectic term. The children in Room 18 wanted to share their highlights for Term One.

Caylee has a very special pillow. It was given to her by her Grammy (great-grandma) in America. It is made out of her Grandma's wedding dress. Caylee's pillow tells all us all about herself when she was a little baby.

Israel's Home Learning

 Israel has been practising his counting at home.

Israel wrote numbers 1 to 20.

Bubble School

 While most of us are working and learning from home the children of essential workers have been going to school. At Pt. England School we have called this "Bubble School" Monaro has been going to school and has been doing some terrific Math work with the teachers at school.

On Tuesday's home learning task the children listened to a strong  read by Mrs. Dwyer called "Hannah's Game." They were asked to create a game and write about it. Israel wanted to share his two games with us

After the Prime Minister's announcement on Saturday teachers started planning online learning and the children in Team One had there Google Meet Hangout first thing this morning. Thirteen students came online and were very keen on doing their activities and learning. Thank-you parents for supporting your children with this.

School Picnic

 On Friday we had a whole school picnic at the Pt. England beach. It was a gorgeous day and we had an amazing fun filled day. Lots of parents were able to come and join us.
