Bubbles

 The school year ends  today. Mrs Dwyer and Mrs Lal  thought that making bubbles would be a lot of fun. Although it was difficult because of the wind, we still had a great time.

Bubbles, bubbles, so much fun! Watch the children giggle as they blow and run, creating a sea of bubbles that sparkle in the sun.

Christmas Treats

The children were surprised and delighted when their teachers gave them a Christmas Goodie Bag today. These children are lucky to have gone to school today.

Athletics Day Awards

At our school assembly today, students received their certificates for athletic accomplishment. As the names of these pupils were called, there was a lot of excitement.

Joseph got 2nd place for tennis ball throw. Marama got 2nd place for tennis ball throw. Benjamin got 1st place in 50m sprint race. AJ got 3rd place in tennis ball throw. Athena got 3rd place in tennis ball throw and 1st place in 50m sprint place.

                                                     

                                                     

                                                     

                                                 

Our School Prize Giving

We held our Prize Giving Ceremony today. For their dedication and hard work throughout the year, many kids received awards. We went on the stage and did a performance for our school and our parents   There was a great deal of joy and rejoicing. Everyone was delighted with our achievement and proud of us.

Our School Trip

The children in Team One visited the Auckland Zoo today. Throughout the trip, the students were polite and attentive while asking questions and viewing the animals. We enjoyed our day and are grateful to all the parent volunteers who came along.

Athletics Day

Athletics Day was held today. The students were thrilled since everyone was dressed in their house colours and there were lots of enjoyable activities to participate in. It was wonderful to witness kids of various abilities play together, learn new things, and tear down barriers.

                   

Christmas Trifle

 The children in Room 18 have been putting so much effort into their learning. They created something that majority of us enjoy as reward and special treat. Share your favourite sweets with them, you could even post a recipe or comment on our blog.

            

Term 4 Week 3 Duffy Certificate

 Leylah has been working hard during writing time. She attempts to write tricky words by breaking the words into parts and writing the sounds she can hear.

In the garden

 One day when we came to school we saw something strange growing in our garden. It was cauliflower.

Khadafi likes cauliflower so he got to take it home.

A Yummy Treat

 Ms. Kathy went to Costco and was amazed by the size of the chocolate muffins. She decided to get a tray for us. We are so spoilt by Ms. Kathy as this is not the first time that she has given us something. Thank you Ms. Kathy. We love you.

Ms. Kathy cut it into 4 equal pieces so that we had enough for everyone 

plus some extra's.

A great Math lesson

Welcome to Term 4

 It is so good to be back. Our school theme fir this term is "Manu Tu, Mitey You. the children in Team One are learning about friendships and how we can be a good friend. We will be finding out about our  strengths, what it means to be brave and how to make good choices. 

          

Artworks

We've been studying how to express our feelings and emotions via art this term. A significant art exhibition was held at our school to celebrate and display everyone's work. This is a piece of art from the students in Room 18.
