Faith's dad has been teaching her how to do a 15 meter beep test. She said, "It was really hard at the beginning but once I understand it I then pushed myself really hard. My time was 9.2, my dad was so proud of me."
After having a good break, they all learned how to tackle. Faith can’t wait to play sports with her friends again.
Hi Faith, Great to see you have been keeping active outside during the holidays. I have seen some children doing the beep test while I have been out walking myself. Learning to do tackle with your dad looks like you will be ready for Rippa rugby next season. Great work.
