 Friday's home learning slide was all about about Greedy Cat. Athena enjoyed the learning task and completed all the activities.

Israel's Dinosaur's

This week you were learning about dinosaurs and Israel love dinosaurs so he had heaps of fun completing all the home learning tasks and activities.

Aroha's puppet

Mrs. Dwyer had a craft activities slide showing and teaching the children in Team One ' How to make a tube puppet.' Aroha loves art and craft. She enjoyed making puppets at home and wanted to share them with us.

                          

                                                           

Israel's Math and Class family

 Israel loves Math and works hard during our Class Meets as well as at home. He uses pictures to help him workout the answers to some challenging word problems followed by the number sentence.

Israel said,

"I did my maths. I did my class family. I did some writing."

Arthur's Class Family

 Arthur and a few other other children form Room 18 and Team One are at bubble school. They are all in Mrs. Shirely's classroom.  Arthur wanted to share with us his " Class Family."

Micheal's Thank-you letter

Yesterday's home learning task was based on a favourite fairy tale called " The elves and the shoemaker."

   Micheal wrote a letter to the elves.

Aroha is a clever girl and can count forwards and backwards in 5's. She has been practising her handwriting and answering some challenging Maths questions.

Part of the home learning task was to put a toy somewhere in your house and write or tell someone instructions about how you found it.

 Aroha practised writing the letter Cc and wrote some words that start with that letter. She likes making and creating. She made a cute cat to hang in her bedroom.

Tongan Language Week

We are celebrating Tongan Language Week. Ms. Lowans created these lovely slides for our online home learning.
